The Personal Approach
Every TKC member will tell you: we’re always there to support each other. Whether it’s offering a fresh perspective, brainstorming solutions, or providing a listening ear on a personal level, we’ve got each other’s backs. We share our successes and challenges in virtual or in-person meetings, fostering a safe atmosphere and a sense of connection. We value a human touch and are there for one another, both in good times and bad.
A Home at the Office
When we’re not on-site with a client, we enjoy the warm atmosphere of our cozy office villa in Baarn—it literally feels like coming home. The first person to arrive in the morning has the important task of starting the coffee machine and turning on the lights. There’s a relaxed vibe where we take turns making coffee or tea for one another.
At precisely noon, everyone gets up for the traditional walk to the supermarket, followed by a cheerful lunch at the communal table. It’s here that we share stories, ask questions, and get to know each other better.
Beyond Work
In addition to events organized by TKC, team members often take the initiative to spend time together. Whether it’s dining out, working out in the office gym, or enjoying a beach outing (with or without dogs), we find ways to connect. Occasionally, we even embark on trips abroad!
